Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Ninghai County Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, China. Welcome to visit us!

Can i get a sample order? What is the lead time?
A: Yes. Sample needs 1-2 working days, mass production needs 3-12 working days depends on order quantity.

I received the products is different with the pictures,how can i do?
A: Color different exists due to lighting and the use of different monitors. We will sent the samples to you for confirmation before mass production. If you are not satisfied with it, please contact me or our salesperson for solution.

I received the item in broken, what should I do?
A: Every item before shipping is well inspected. Though they are well packed, sometimes damage can`t be avoided because of the rough handing during shipping. In this case, please contact me and send the pictures to me, let me know the quantity which is broken, we will resend them to you with next order.
