At the invitation of Xiaomi Company, the person in charge of our company and relevant personnel arrived in Beijing on March 17, 2025 for a one-day visit to Xiaomi Headquarters Internet Industrial Park.

Core content of the meeting

1. Exploration of cooperation direction

Analyze the possibility of cooperation on anti-theft equipment technology for stores and new retail stores, with a focus on exploring the latest anti-theft display solutions for mobile phones, tablets, smartwatches, and wearable devices in new store displays.

Xiaomi has proposed anti-theft security for the display of electronic devices in new stores, and suggests that we submit the latest anti-theft technology solutions or product prototypes to enter the supply chain evaluation process.

2. Store demand both domestically and internationally

Regarding its overseas market layout, Xiaomi shared the display of localized stores in Southeast Asia, South America, and Europe, and suggested that we prioritize providing international certification materials for our products.

Summary of Achievements

1. Both parties confirm the intention of technical docking and agree to submit product proposals and certification documents within two weeks.

2. Xiaomi promises to initiate an internal channel matching evaluation, with a feedback cycle of approximately 10 working days.

3. Preliminary plan to visit our production center for on-site inspection in the next stage.
